“Paragon” is our in-house brand of containers for semiconductors and liquid crystals.
Our semiconductor wafer carriers are made from highly pure materials to reduce wafer contamination caused by outgassing or the containing metals. In addition, they can be used for a long period of time because they have anti-abrasion properties and dimensional stability to reduce particles from generating and wafer chipping from occurring.
Fuji Bakelite developed new grade material FB-0437. Existed 2 grades, FB-0431(standard and FB-0432(heat resistant) are
united to 1 grade(FB-0437). The products to be made of FB-0437, after Apr.2022.)
Paragon is the name given to the containers used for semiconductors and liquid crystals. “Paragon” is a generic term meaning “a person or thing viewed as a model of excellence.” Similarly, Fuji Bakelite is also striving to develop products which could be regarded as a model of excellence in the semiconductor industry.
