A series of e-mateX®FB-0215 is transparent long-acting antistatic material made by alloying transparent ABS with antistatic agent under special formula. The material has properties of excellent low outgassing and antistatic capability. We also offer the grades which have a low level of contaminants to wafers, masks, etc. It is possible to dye the material for easy identification.
In-process storage case/box, mask case, reticle case and SMF POD shell.
